Manifest Beauty?! How?

Oh my gosh, this is incredible...

I just saw this interview of a guy from Australia that
could change the way you manifest anything you want
into your life. You really do have to see this:

http://MindMovies.com/vid1/?10415

You see, he figured out this powerful way to tap into the
Law of Attraction that practically guarantees
you'll get whatever you want.

And the surprising thing about it is it is SUPER easy to do,
you can start doing it right now...and here's the really cool
part...

*****************************
He's GIVING it away! ForFREE
*****************************

He obviously understands abundance, because he's
practicing it in a very big way here:

http://MindMovies.com/vid1/?10415

So what is it about Aussies anyway? They seem to totally
have this figured out, especially when you consider that
the land down under is where we got...

***********************
The Secret
***********************

I'm sure you'll agree that was life changing all by itself.

And now, this guy has added another dimension to the
Law of Attraction that ramps up how fast you can manifest
anything you want into your life.

**************************************
This makes the Universe say YES even faster!
**************************************

He even got marketing expert Frank Kern excited about it.
If you haven't heard of Frank, well, he's a marketing genius
who makes millions of dollars online. Everything he does
seems to turn to gold.

But he's not exactly what you'd expect when it comes to using
The Law of Attraction to manifest your goals and desires.

You'll hear his personal experience with this when you
watch the video:

http://MindMovies.com/vid1/?10415

So, if even HE is doing this, what does that tell you about
how effective this is? Bad news for the naysayers who think
it isn't for "regular" people, or the Law of Attraction is some
kind of mumbo jumbo.

Only thing is I'm not sure how long this will be available at NoCost.

So if you're really serious about increasing your power to
manifest anything you want into your life super fast,
you need to check this out right now:

http://MindMovies.com/vid1/?10415

I've already started using this, and I strongly recommend
you do too.

All the best,

Daria

P.S. I'm extremely excited about this, because it could
literally transform your life. So be sure you share your story
with me when you start doing this, OK?

Neglected Underarms

As far as nourishing, underarms seem to be very neglected area or our skin. Most people apply some kind of deodorant or antiperspirant daily (make sure you use something that's safe) but never even think about using some body lotion or cream under arms.

If your skin in the underarm area tends to get dry or even flaky, then you already know how irritating that might be and I don't have to remind you of that. On the contrary, I'm happy to share with you a simple solution to keep your underarms healthy, nourished and good-looking.

First of all, in my experience it's best to shave at night to give your skin enough time to recover before applying deodorant again.

An second of all, after shaving, apply some pure organic jojoba oil. Your underarms will be grateful!

Jojoba oil is actually a liquid plant wax, very moisturizing (not greasy)and absorbent - similar to our skin's own sebum. Also recommended to be used as a scalp cleanser.

Useful Chamomile Flowers

Here are some very useful ways to use chamomile flowers, dry or fresh:

  • • Chamomile tea is said to relieve (pre)menstrual cramps better than any painkiller (and without side-effects!).

    • Chamomile infusion (steep large amount of chamomile flowers in hot water for 15 minutes; let cool before using) makes a wonderfully soothing and aromatic bath.

    • Lukewarm chamomile tea rinse brings golden highlights to brown hair and makes blond hair lighter.

    • Chamomile combined with neutral henna adds highlights even to very dark hair.

• Acne and rashes
• Fungal conditions
• Diaper rash and cradle cap and
• To soothe nipples, sore from breast-feeding

An amazing list for such a simple, easy to grow herb, isn’t it?
And the best part is – this list is not even complete… :o)

Vitamin Therapy

Photo: Blooming Italian (flat leaf) parsley

Did you know that consuming parsley by itself is like having a vitamin therapy?

Its greenery is rich in vitamin A and has more C vitamin per volume than an orange. Parsley also contains several B vitamins and minerals calcium and iron.

By some doctors parsley tea is prescribed as a cure for bladder troubles in young females. Nevertheless, with all the beneficial ingredients, parsley tea seems like a benefit to anyone who drinks it.

Has anyone told you?

You've probably heard about how we pick up a whole lot of limiting beliefs along the road of growing up and even as adults. Well, I'm happy to admit that there's one belief I've had had for as long as I can remember, although I have no idea where or when it moved into my belief system... :)

That precious belief of mine is that the real beauty comes from within, that inspired beauty is what makes mature women gracious and more beautiful and attractive than ever before. Inspired beauty from the very core of one's being is the only real thing: timeless and ageless...

The only way to achieve this glorious state is through internal bliss. When you feel happy, healthy, wealthy, joyous, prosperous, understanding, peaceful (or bring any other from the variety of these beautiful feelings into your consciousness) you have that glowing beauty that no expensive beauty product can reward you with.

Here's something wonderfully inspirational, especially for you today, it's all yours, no charge, only one click away (what a great thing the Internet is!).

Simple Beaute

Are you dreaming about having a simple plan for your facial care system, simple solution for your whole body?

I'm talking about having one jar of great quality, all natural cream you could use around your eyes, all over your face, on your shoulders, your decollette, your feet - in other words, all over your body and you wouldn't have to travel with -or use - a whole bunch of jars and bottles and sprayers every morning and every night.

Sounds like Utopia?

It may sound like something impossible but it's not anymore!

There's a product on the market, all natural, without any preservatives whatsoever, made out of seven wonderful ingredients:

~Organic Aloe Vera Juice
~Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
~Organic Jojoba Oil
~Monolaurin
~Organic Shea Butter
~Organic Mango Butter
~Natural Palm Oil

These fine oils from tropical regions throughout the world are the best Dr. Mercola believes is available to provide best for your ageless beautiful and healthy skin.

I purchased a Value 3-Pack, that is Natural Body Butter variety: Unscented, Lavender, Jasmine. They are big (4 oz.) jars that go a long way, even though I'm using them a lot. They don't feel too greasy or too heavy, they spread nicely. In short, I enjoy them a lot!

Oh, and BTW, price for them is not exotic - at all! :)

Beauty Quick Fixes

I don't believe in quick fixes with long time benefits in beauty routine. They are just what their name says they are - fixes, in other words, temporary solutions.

If you at all care about your largest organ (your skin), about the way you look and feel, you should continually, persistently, gently and intentionally care for your skin and your body in general - all the time. As Tony Robins, famous author and speaker says: "In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently."

Every morning and every night your skin needs cleansing, nourishing, massage and exfoliation. In that regard, beauty care is no different than teeth care: you want healthy pearly-whites, you better keep them clean! You want healthy, glowing, flawless, youthful skin, you better take a good care of it - each and every day of your life or as best/as often as possible.

Treat Your Body Lovingly

Teachings, thousands of years old, are now being proved as being correct - scientifically. By now probably almost everyone has heard about how our thoughts influence our reality - even those who don't have the slightest idea about how to use this information to their own advantage.

Japanese researcher Masaru Emoto has photos of how water molecules crystallize into beautiful, symmetrical patterns under the influence of "love" word - or thought - even as far away as on the other side of the world. These photos are one of the most obvious and pleasant-to-the-eye proofs I've ever seen.

We are all interconnected and that's why keeping our emotions, thoughts and words positive, beneficial, constructive and specific (for the good of everybody concerned) is the best thing we can do for ourselves and others.

The same applies to our everyday beauty routine. This body is our vehicle in this life and treating it with love and respect is the only right thing to do. And it's not just the influence of our focused attention we pay to our bodies when taking care of it. Loving ourselves brings out magic - and miracles... :)

List of Harmful Ingredients Found in Skin Moisturizers

According to Dr. Mercola (http://www.mercola.com/)

'if you can’t read or pronounce the ingredient, there is a high likelihood it should not be in your lotion or other skin care product.'

As it is the biggest organ, your skin is a big part of your health. Skin absorbs and excretes nutrients as well as toxins through the pores. Anything that our skin absorbes, enters our bloodstream and becomes integrated into the body tissues. Doesn't it make sense than - that what we put on our skin is just as important as what we put in our mouth (eat)?

Shopping at the health food stores is no guarantee that the products are free of potentially dangerous chemicals, sometimes even disguised as being natural.

And here's the list of ingredients, frequently found (because they're cheap and readily available, not to mention how easily deluted!) in moisturizers for men and women - in moisturizers for oily, dry, combination, as well as sensitive skin, in cosmetics and cleaners. This list is not complete, these are but some of the most common chemicals, potential toxins, used "for the sake of beauty":

  • Acrylamide - chemical, frequently found in hand creams and facial creams. Laboratory researches linked it to mammary tumors.

  • Dioxane is a coconut's synthetic derivative, found in the following compounds: ethoxylated alcohols, Laureth, PEG and Polysorbates. Dioxane is a very common ingredient in personal care products, easily absorbed through the skin. Carcinogenic.

  • Petroleum products: mineral oil, paraffin, petrolatum make plastic-like coat over your skin, clogging pores, building-up toxins, slowing cellular development and disrupting hormonal activity. Possible results: dermatological problems, early aging signs, cause of cancer.

  • Parabens are used as preservatives in (estimated) more than 13,000 cosmetic and skin care products. Because they are mimicking estrogen, they disrupt hormonal processes in body and interfere with endocrine system in the body. According to studies connected to cancer.

  • Phenol carbolic acid might cause circulatory collapse, convulsions, paralysis, coma and possibly death due to respiratory failure.

  • Propylene glycol can cause inhibited skin cell growth, dermatitis, skin irritation and kidney/liver abnormalities. Used as carrier in fragrance oils and as moisturizer in cosmetics products.

  • Sodium laurel or lauryl sulfate (SLS), also known as sodium laureth sulfate (SLES) is found in over 90% of personal care blends as well as in garage floor cleaners, engine degreasers and car shampoos. Easily penetrates the skin and helps other ingredients to easily penetrate because it breaks down the moisture barrier of the skin. In combination with other chemicals SLS turns into nitrosamine, a potent carcinogen and a possible cause of hair loss. SLES is sometimes hiding behind the ingredient description "coconut derived" or "comes from coconut".

  • Toluene (benzoic, benzyl) is a well known poison, harmful or fatal if swallowed, harmful when inhaled or absorbed through the skin and at the same time a common ingredient of most synthetic fragrances. Chronic exposure might affect a developing fetus, cause anemia, lowered blood cell count, liver/kidney damage. Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) also contains toluene.

Check the ingredients of all the beauty/personal care products. They might contain several chemicals from the list above that are possibly dangerous for your health.

Natural personal care products are supposed to enhance our wellbeing and ageless beauty. After all, they are food for our skin.

Uses of Pure Soap

One of the most important steps in everyone’s skin and beauty care is regular cleaning of your skin. In gentle cleansing process old, dead cells should be removed together with excess and suspended oil, makeup and environmental add-ons.

However, good quality cleanser should not strip the skin of its natural and nurturing oils, leave it overly dry or “too-tight”. After rinsing, skin-friendly cleanser should not leave any alkaline residue on your skin.

Use of pure soap, made of all-natural, pure oils has many benefits:

• accelerates your skin’s own cellular reproduction process
• leaves your skin soft and smooth
• cleans your skin safely and thoroughly
• is equally beneficial for normal and oily skin
• is great for problem skin of teenagers
• is gentle enough for sensitive baby skin
• creaminess and lubricity make pure soap an ultimate shaving cream for men and women
• some people even use pure soap to wash their hair
• many people use pure soap in place of toothpaste or toothpowder

Care for Decollete and Shoulders

Decollete - the meaning: bare neck and shoulders

It is important to take a good care of decollete area of the skin. Especially in warm climates it is exposed almost as much as the face itself. In many women, decollete shows the signs of aging even earlier than the facial skin does.

Personally, I take care of my decollete exactly the same way as I take care of my face. I use the same products and treatments, even the same circle motions.

And while we're at it, it's good to pay some attention to our shoulders ad well. They are being abused quite a lot by carrying purses and heavy bags, bra straps and exposed to all the environmental factors all summer long while we're wearing sleeveless, strapless and tank top outfits. So, apply some good quality facial cream or lotion to your shoulders and massage. I promise, it does feel good - even if you do it yourself... :)

Glycerin in Toothpaste

Some people wonder about the source of glycerin and others debate or even argue on whether it is an animal or plant product. The reason that this has become a hot topic is that it is important to vegetarians and especially to vegans, as well as to others who express concern for their health and that of the environment.

However, the source of glycerin is not the most important issue concerning this product; there is more to this matter.

Glycerin is a thick and colorless liquid that has a sweet taste, and is a very popular ingredient in beauty products. Beauty product manufacturers claim that glycerin is a good humectant, which means that it attracts moisture to the skin.

Glycerin is especially prevalent in toothpastes; it is used to make paste creamy and it sweetens at the same time. As good as all that may sound, glycerin has an additional characteristic; it is sticky, meaning that when one brushes their teeth with toothpaste containing this product, the glycerin coats itself over the teeth.

With regular application of such a toothpaste, teeth slowly begin rotting underneath because the film-like coating of glycerin prevents minerals from restoring the enamel— the top coat on teeth that keeps them strong.

According to different sources it takes anywhere from twenty to twenty-seven rinses to remove the coating of glycerin from teeth.

Unfortunately, most toothpaste on the market—even the “natural” brands— contain glycerin. Check the ingredients for yourself.
